Here at Hoffman, we take our office culture very seriously.

So, when it comes time to hire a new teammate, not only do we look for candidates with media and writing experience, but we also look for folks that would be a good personality fit for our team and clients.

Rather than just take my word for it, I asked fellow Hoffmanites to weigh in on the following question: When interviewing a potential new hire, what do you look for?

Their responses below are nice to keep in mind for any upcoming PR job interview, but especially if you’ll be chatting with us about an opportunity at Hoffman.
