When we hire anyone, we inherently make a promise to help them become the professional they want to be – B2B Tech PR candidates join agencies to grow, not stagnate.

We do this through a benefits package which focuses on personal development and wellbeing. Our benefits put the employee at the centre.
At a personal development level, everyone has a £500 pot to spend as they wish on training. This in addition to a dedicated portal with free tools, online resources and tutorials, as well as agency-run internal and external specialist training sessions.
In line with our wellbeing focus, every employee receives a personal Headspace account, as well as £250 to spend on anything of their choice that will make their life better. Milestone leave is added to holiday quota for those moments in life you only get once – from a day off for your graduation to three days for wedding planning (hopefully you only marry once).
